industries, Mr. Girard has successfully built twelve companies over the past 39
years. Previous to his tenure at instaCOVER, Mr. Girard was Chairman and CEO of
IsoRay Medical, (AMEX. ISR). He has been instrumental in the development of diverse
and complex companies using his leadership, vision and strategic thinking, and has
raised equity of over $300 million to fund businesses of all sizes. He has exceptional
management skills that not only motivates, develops, and educates the people around
him, but also enables the businesses to streamline their processes and to provide
maximum monetization of their assets. Mr. Girard’s proven leadership skills, management
experience, and business savvy are key factors in his success in leading, structuring
and implementing many business endeavors.
Dan Hauff (President and Board Member)
Mr. Hauff brings over 47 years of insurance
experience to his role as President of InstaCOVER. His innovative insurance solutions
over his career have enabled him to build relationships with industry leaders in
manufacturing, distribution and financing such as AT&T Capital, G.E. Capital, Pitney
Bowes, Cannon, and Textron. Mr. Hauff has continued to develop state of the art
insurance solutions by automating the insurance coverage process for commercial
capital equipment. This point of sale system accelerates the placement of the insurance
which saves both time and money during the financing process which benefits both
the lender and the customer.
Dwight Jackson (Chief Technology Officer and Board
Member)
Mr. Jackson is the Chief Technology Officer
of instaCOVER. Previously, he was founder and President of Terra Vista Software
which provides web based computer systems in the banking, finance and insurance
industries. For the past 30+ years he has used his vision of how people and computer
systems interact to develop successful solutions for a multitude of industries,
including systems for payroll processing, human resource, equipment leasing and
insurance. He has founded, developed and sold four companies, and was part of the
senior management team which placed a successful IPO. His computer solutions are
designed to provide business products directly to consumers through ‘cloud based’
web sites. Mr. Jackson has an open and mentoring management style which encourages
all levels of employees to bring the best of their ideas to problem evaluation to
produce the most effective solutions.
